INDIVIDUAL COACHING PROGRAM
Phase I: DISCOVERY (required)
4 hours: two 2-hour in-person sessions
In this first phase, we will get to know each other, establish trust,
and lay the foundation for our collaboration on your LifeLift.
- discuss the process, and design the collaboration and guidelines for
our work together
- discuss (or review) the principles upon which the LifeLift philosophy
is based along with tools and exercises for integrating into your life
- take a close look at, and evaluate, your current life across all areas
- clarify of your core values (who you are) and life priorities (what’s
important to you)
Phase II: VISION AND GOALS (required)
4 hours: two 2-hour sessions in person
In this phase you will visualize the life you really want to be living
moving forward. Together we develop realistic goals and a step-by-step action
plan for achieving them.
During Phase II we will:
- establish clear vision of a new and better way of being in your life
- identify the 3-5 specific areas of your life where change needs to occur
to achieve your goals
- examine obstacles keeping you stuck and strategies for counteracting
them
- learn the change process and how it works
- design your own step-by-step Plan for Change
Phase III: COACHING TO ACHIEVE GOALS (optional-- prerequisite Phases
I & II)
This is an optional, but highly recommended phase of the program. Continued
regular contact will help monitor and reinforce your progress, keep you
on track, and give you the opportunity to share successes. We will also
brainstorm about solutions to obstacles or challenges that may arise. (If
you choose to include this phase we will jointly decide on a schedule that
fits your needs.)
You will have a dedicated partner who will:
- collaborate with and support you in making the changes in your thinking
and behaviors that will help you achieve your goals
- tell you the truth (where you are strong and where you are selling yourself
short)
- create a context in which you can focus on the most important issues
facing you
- celebrate your victories and help you learn from your setbacks when
they occur
- knows who you are, what you want and where you want to be
