INDIVIDUAL COACHING PROGRAM

Phase I: DISCOVERY (required)
4 hours: two 2-hour in-person sessions

In this first phase, we will get to know each other, establish trust, and lay the foundation for our collaboration on your LifeLift.

Phase II: VISION AND GOALS (required)
4 hours: two 2-hour sessions in person

In this phase you will visualize the life you really want to be living moving forward. Together we develop realistic goals and a step-by-step action plan for achieving them.

Phase III: COACHING TO ACHIEVE GOALS (optional-- prerequisite Phases I & II)

This is an optional, but highly recommended phase of the program. Continued regular contact will help monitor and reinforce your progress, keep you on track, and give you the opportunity to share successes. We will also brainstorm about solutions to obstacles or challenges that may arise. (If you choose to include this phase we will jointly decide on a schedule that fits your needs.)
