Coincidentally, “LifeLift” is not just the name of the program – it’s
an acronym for the goal of the program:
Living In Full
Expression/Living In
Full Truth.
Who is the LifeLift client?
Accomplished professional women who want to improve the quality of their
lives—careers, health & fitness, relationships, personal growth, or just
balancing it all. While they come from diverse backgrounds (corporate officers,
lawyers, doctors, architects, artists, independent business owners, etc),
these women share one thing in common: they know how to take care
of everything and everyone better than they know how to take care of themselves.
They know they need to make changes to improve their quality of life, but
are struggling—out of fear, guilt, lack of time to focus, or simply not
knowing where to start.
How does LifeLift coaching work?
Roberta Brenner, Chief Catalyst of LifeLift for Women, works individually
with clients for 3-6 month engagements, depending on their needs. Customized
LifeLift group coaching, workshops, and seminars are available to companies/organizations
for their valued female executives, as well as to private groups of women.
For both individual and group clients, the LifeLift Process follows the same seven steps.
